It's very unlikely that new ZFS feature flags get implemented in a FreeNAS version that's unsupported now for more than one year (9.3.1) / more than two years (9.3).

FreeNAS 9.3 is very old and end of life. If you have upgraded zfs it might not import but if you never upgraded it will be fine.
