It's very unlikely that new ZFS feature flags get implemented in a FreeNAS version that's unsupported now for more than one year (9.3.1) / more than two years (9.3).

May I ask why? FreeNAS 9.3 is very old and end of life. If you have upgraded zfs it might not import but if you never upgraded it will be fine.
