Don't do it unless you only plan to mount it read-only. NTFS support on POSIX is typically pretty spotty (due to it being Microsoft's proprietary standard), especially for read/write access.

I don't really understand what you mean by "import". But, if all you're trying to do is mount read-only, then you should be fine.
