I have only encountered this error within TrueNAS Scale. It works fine in TrueNAS Core. Every so often, I will reboot my system and I will have a random disk pop out. Not sure why, system was rock solid on CORE. I am guessing something with SCALE.
However, when the disk pops out of the pool, I have no way of identifying the disk other than going through all live disks and checking serial numbers and using process of elimination. There has to be an easier method than this right?
Once I find the disk, I physically remove it and put it back in and the pool resilvers and all is good within minutes.
