I found this little chip on my card just wondering what is it my 2th card does not have it is this a possible problem ?

Could someone explain what it is exactly ?

That is exactly what it says it is: An “Advanced Feature Key” that unlocks RAID features in the original IBM firmware.

Since you are cross flashing to IT, sell that feature key on eBay.
