I want to flash my boot drive but the drive is not showing up at windows

Please help me So I downloaded the FreeNAS ISO from the website and use Rufus to format my USB drive(16 GB), now my USB drive is not shown in windows. I format my USB drive using windows 7.

Latest rufus is 3.17.
Is your USB drive visible to Rufus ?

Try to recover it using windows tools

Use diskpart to clear the drive and you should be able to flash it after that.
