I want no permissions for anything

I have a FreeNAS server that is local and only for my own personal storage use. I use only SMB2/3. There is no access to anyone else but me and I don't care if anyone has access. There is no sensitive data and I don't even care if it is wiped out. I just want to remove all permissions so I have 100% full access to everything. Setting individual permissions is a PIA and always bites me in the arse every time I make even the slightest changes to any datasets. Took me 2 hours to figure out permissions on one SMB share this morning. Tried open ACL access and setting different users and groups. I just want to create a share and presto, everyone has permissions.

There has to be a way. How do I do this?

At the dataset level, set the permissions to this before applying an ACL.

Then, at the ACL, set this:
