More information would be helpful. Was it working before? Are you able to ping TrueNAS?

If you solved it, just reply that. If you did not, provide some information for everyone to help you with. This photo is just chrome's timeout page. Hmmm... I suspect you might have mixed up local (LAN) access to a TrueNAS with an IP of, say 192.168.1.100, with how one can access a server from across the internet, witch requires to know your public IPv4 address and to port-forward your TrueNAS in the router. I don't know what the situation is, though, so don't feel offended. I just make the best guess I can with what I am given. Have a good day.
