I have a strange error after I changed the HDD

So I changed my HDD after it said it has Faulted, I bought a 4TB WD RED(NAS). I plugged it into my motherboard a88x ASUS with AMD A10-7850K Radeon R7.
After making all of the steps written I added the Disk to zpool. The day after it started to say the same, the HDD has been faulted and the storage is degraded.
Both HDDs are 4TB WD RED HDDs.

Unfortunately, you fell victim to WD changing their low-capacity Reds to SMR recording. These have been proven over and over again to be unsuitable for ZFS. The EFAXs under 6 TB are all SMR. You'll need to replace them with the Red Plus EFZX, which are CMR, and work well with ZFS.
