I got a degraded drive notice, and I looked and oddly, a drive shows now twice (SDG), on two different raid groups. The 10.91 TB backup, is just sitting there but I can't replace it because of the drive also beaning in the pool of the 14.55TB;s.

How can I get it back to normal where the drive is in it's own raid pool not some how listed twice.

That is a crazy problem. Have you tried to power off (POWER OFF) and power back on, see what happens? I say power off to kill power to the hard drives, not that that should make a difference but you have a strange problem.

If that fails to work, hopefully someone can offer assistance.
1) Do you know if all your data is still accessible? And do you have a backup? Hopefully you will not need to use it.
2) I would file a Bug Report (ensure to include the log data or you will be doing it later).
3) Hopefully someone will be able to give you some good advice.

I don't know if SCALE is to blame here but I will not migrate to SCALE for many months, MANY. So many issues with the pools, scarry.

I wish you the best of luck.

EDIT: Did you by chance have a "Spare" drive in the system?

I would think this is a GUI problem. And possibly fixed with the power cycle as @joeschmuck suggests.

Please paste the output of the following command in CODE tags;
zpool status
With the actual ZFS output, this would either confirm the issue or point to a GUI bug.

Also, please include your TrueNAS SCALE version.

If you are on the latest, it may be worth while to report it as a bug.

And please post your full hardware as per forum rules. Importantly include how the disks are attached to the computer
