I can't use TrueNAS with OpenVPN.

First，I hava an OpenVPN server in my OpenWRT router. My LAN is 「192.168.0.1 / 24 」.
But the Openvpn user‘s IP is 「192.168.20.1 / 24」.
My NAS is on 「192.168.0.30」。 When I use OpenVPN to connect NAS。I will get an error like 「Access denied」.

Second，My virtual machine in NAS can be connect with others PC in LAN（use windows Remote desktop）.But i can't ping it successfully.

I could be mistaken. Networking is not an area of expertise for me. But, I thought that a device has to be on the same Class B network to communicate. ie. 0.21, etc.
