I can't install plugins

Hi, I'm using FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201506292130

when I try installing plugins I get these messages:

I had plugins installed before, but now nothing is working.

Does upgrading to 201508250051 fix the issue?

A guy on irc fixed it. I had to make a new jail dataset and change the jail root directory for the jails. Then all the plugins installed fine.

The funny thing now is when I try to delete the old jail dataset it says jail not found
