I can not see subdirectories

Hello all,

Trying to give permission to a specific user, I discovered that I can only open 2 levels of home's directory path (/nmt/storage and nothing else).
As you see I can not open any subdirectory of "storage".
Can anyone help me ?

Thanks a lot for your response.
I think this is not only a permissions problem. Whenever I have to open a path (either in permissions or in sharing etc.) it is impossible to go into the subdirectoris of the path, so I try to enter manually.
Can you give any additional help ?
