[HOWTO]: How do I make my picture appear in a bug report?

FreeBSD developer Devin Teske asked this, so I thought I would pass this information along.

QUESTION: How do I make my photo appear in bug reports, such as in this one: https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/3925

ANSWER: sign up for an account on http://gravatar.com

If you have a Gravatar account, the bug tracking system automatically queries gravatar to get
your photo.

Additionally you have to use the same email address as in the bug tracker account - Btw, works for the forum as well :)
