How to use Weechat plugin?

Hi all, I'm on 11.2 stable and installed the weechat plugin - but have no context on how to use it. Is there any documentation available whatsoever on how to access the plugin? I can't SSH to it, no web interface is displayed on 443 or 80, etc...

This is a CLI utility that you can use from the shell of the weechat jail.
