How to tag my post "SOLVED"

Hi,

I cannot find the method to mark my thread as SOLVED. I found an old post asking the same question; and it said there should be a thread tool at the upper right of the post.

But I cannot find it.

For the next dozen people wondering the exact same thing.. Since this is a feature which can be abused, it requires 'Registered+' which is qualified by a number of approved posts.
