How to sync a Mac Folder with FreeNAS using SyncThing?

I'd simply like to Sync a folder of my Mac Laptop to FreeNAS.

I didn't find anything to how to do it in YT or the Web. I Thought that this would be simple but SyncThing seems soooo complicated...

Can someone give me some clues please?
