how to see truenas gui from another computer?

Hello! I made a clean truenas instalation ., into a desktop ... who is link to a router with lan cable .I see the truenas interface to my desktop ...but another laptop cant see.
How to resolve this ?

Can you provide more information?

Router? Switch? Network configuration in TrueNAS? DHCP? IP whitelists?

There are many reasons this could be happening.

router Huawei from isp .... 2 switch between desktop and router . All ok . I can see the web gui page from my desktop .But i can do that from other device wifi .I dont made any change in network configurration . I made ..all from this video ....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjLaK8yQAag&t=1s

ALl ok ..but my desire is to acces file and more ..from other device ..into and out from my network

Is your non connecting laptop able to ping the server? Are you on the same network?? Can you ping the router?

If you want to access your system from outside your local network you need to use VPN tunnelling.

are you in a home. the laptop and desktop all connected to the same router? Or is the laptop located somewhere else?

I understand this as from inside and outside my network.
Aye, but Im making the assumption that he was in initial stages of just getting it to work.

also open cmd prompt and do a "arp -a" then post results

Since he's in the early stage understanding the requirements can help avoid wasting time.
