SOLVED how to remove file lock

Hi All

I have a problem deleting 2 files from within a user on nextcloud.

I have read that a solution is to Empty table oc_file_locks however I am having trouble solutioning this via freenas, does anyone have instructions. I am able to connect via console, therefore I am just looking for the commands to run.

I eventually solved this issue, the command is

followed by occ commands like
