How to partition the disk?

I have a 2TB disk, I want to use 1TB as cifs, so I can share file between mac and pc. Also, I want to use another 1TB to setup the nfs server for my cloudstack server. Is that possible?

When I add volume, it already ask me to choose whether it is zfs or cifs already. When I created dataset, it is saying create zfs dataset.

Cifs is not a file system format!

Cifs is a file/networking protocol and has nothing to do with the partition.

You don't even need datasets. You just need 2 folders on your drive and share them out separately.
