how to moving freenas pc to another pc ?

Dear all,

I need help, i want to ask about what i have to do when i'm going to change my freenas pc.
now my freenas pc is :
1. motherboard gigabyte H61M
2 Processor G2030
3.Ram 6 GB
4. 2 x HDD 2 TB (mirror)

now i want to moving it to another pc , with detail :
1. Motherboard gigabyte H61M
2.Processor I3

I need some information about how to moving it ?
did i just need to moving :
1. 2 x HDD 2 TB ( from the old pc to a new pc )
2. moving ram 6 gb ( from the old pc to a new pc ) can i change the ram ? or i need to use the ram from old pc ?
3. moving my flashdisk os for freenas from the old pc to a new pc

and then i can start my freenas with new pc ?
is that like this ? or any other things that i have to do ?

It is exactly like that. ;)

You might have to do something like fix your network configuration, but other than that its just "plug and play".

Thanks a lot for fast response .. :)

Btw, how about the RAM ? if we change the ram with a new one ? is it ok ? or it will broke something on freenas configuration ?
for example : if i add the ram to be 2x 4gb on the new pc , which on the old pc only 1 x 2gb + 1 x 4gb ?

Need some information about this ..
