How to install Sickbeard MP4 Automator in FreeNAS?

Hi, I'm wanting to use the Sickbeard MP4 Automator I found on github to automatically convert my media to MP4's but I am unsure about how to install/use it. If someone has a guide on how to install it I'd greatly appreciate it!

Says works on Windows, osx, and Linux so if you have sickbeard installed on linux in a jail just follow the Linux instructions.
