Hey guys,

I'm wondering if there is some way to identify the boot drives:

When installing FreeNAS and preparing the boot volume, I already expected some difficulties in there, so I used one SATA DOM chip with 16 GByte and the other one with 32 GByte...
By using this method, I THOUGHT ;) , it should be easy to identify the SATA DOM chips by just looking at their max capacities... However, as I noticed now, the maximum capacity isn't displayed in the WebGui... ;)

I'm thinking of replacing the SATA-DOM chips by ordinary hard drives which are easy to identify using their serial numbers... or is it overkill to use hdds / ssds as boot volume?
