how can i found the serial number from the drive

if the drive is no more present is there a solution

is it a solution to hve the drive serial number in place of this id in mail

If it's no longer visible in the system, you'll need to do it in reverse and eliminate all the other serial numbers you can find on the other disks, leaving you with the disk you need to check.
