How to delete the wrong login credentials in Chrome?

Hi dear helpers,

if I log into FreeNAS 9.2.1.3 I get for a very short moment (< 1 sec.) the following site 01.jpg displayed.

It shows me the wrong login creditentials that were used in a former release of FreeNAS.

How can I get rid of these site occuring or change these now wrong login credentials?

After this, I see the expected login-panel, filled with the correct login-informations:

I use Chrome and Firefox. In Firefox the first login fields are containing the correct login informations.
