How to copy files FROM FreeNAS TO FTP share?

I would like to copy files from FreeNAS to FTP. I have files on FreeNAS and would like to copy them to another device which has a FTP »share« available. I can access that FTP from my Windows device and copy/edit files on this share.



How to connect to that FTP share device from CLI FreeNAS? And then copy files to this share? They are all on same network subnet all visible and accessible to each other.

not from CLI
use putty to connect to FreeNAS and use mc (midnigth commander)
from the left pane make a ftp connection (FTP link) and transfer easy to the FTP server on right

I want to say SSH, not from shell/GUI
if you have a lot of data to transfer, use tmux or screen command on that connection to not interrupted transfer at logoff from putty
is much clear now ??
