How to connect Prowlarr and Sonarr? [Request Failed.] error

Hello,

I am running TrueNAS Core, version TrueNAS-13.0-U2, and installed Prowlarr, Sonarr, and Radarr and trying to connect them together,
I entered the Prowlarr Server URL, Sonarr Server URL and ApiKey, but I get the following error (from Prowlarr log "System>Log Files")

022-10-26 23:28:48.0|Fatal|ProwlarrErrorPipeline|Request Failed. POST /api/v1/applications/test

[v0.4.6.1969] System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Connection refused (192.168.100.219:8989) ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (61): Connection refused

I tried searching for a solution here but couldn't find any, Please help.

I experience a "disconnect" between Prowlarr and Sonarr from time to time, similar to what you describe. The only thing I have found that resolves the issue is to go into Sonarr's Settings and then to General. From I regenerate the the API key, restart Sonarr, then copy/paste the new key into the appropriate field in Prowlarr in the Apps section. Finally I perform a test in Prowlarr of the connection to Sonarr, and all is well.... until the next occurrence, that is.
