How to be able to modify ALL volumes?

Hello,

I am trying to delete and create folders in my plugin jail. My Mac tells me that the operation cannot be completed because I do not have permission. My Windows computer says something similar.

Is there a way to create a "superuser" account that can modify EVERYTHING? I know this is probably something simple to solve, by my keywords won't get me answers.
