All,
While reading over forum posts here, I came across this link to a well-written and very poignant article on how to ask technical questions in a forum. I'm new to FreeNAS, but not to computers, and this article really changed my way of thinking prior to posting to this, or any, forum for help (unfortunately, I made my first few posts here before I read this, so I've learned my lesson).
For the moderators, this post is probably not in the best topic, but I definitely think it is in the best place for reaching the target audience. I request that you move it if you feel that it would be better placed elsewhere. Please excuse me if this is presumptuous.
Thanks,
Chris
