How to apply a fix?

I'm using FreeNAS-9.2.1.5-RELEASE-x64 (80c1d35), and am having trouble with the permissions of the AD users and groups that are not in English. The problem seems to have been concerted and posted on f80def0320123f96bc32c061362de528ff798c2d. But I do not know how to apply this fix. How do I apply this patch?

You do not apply patches. You install the latest (potentially) unstable version or wait for the stable release.
