How to access files downloaded on Apps (ex. Qbittorrent)

This is a general question but for this example I'll be using qbittorrent. I have my downloads mounted to /mnt/Home/Downloads/Torrents.
So is there anyway for me to actually access these files? I read SMB shares for apps is basically blocked, so I'm kind of scratching my head on how to get the content onto another computer. I usually used Debian before TrueNAS and would just FTP into it and be fine. But my brain is not fully in the workflow of TrueNAS Scale so I figured I'd post here. I don't quite have it figured out yet.

I mean, FTP is a pretty terrible protocol, but you can just SFTP in and do stuff without dealing with the typical FTP nonsense.
