How i can add used disc to Truenas Scale?

I have disc that i was used in windows (formatted by NTFS).
True nas doesn't see the disk
How i can add it to TrueNas by web UI

TrueNAS will only import data from non-ZFS disks. All normal NAS disks are ZFS formatted.

What is the purpose of adding the MS-Windows NTFS formatted disk?
