How do I start over?

I set up my box the other night and while messing around, created a mirror with the only two drives I had. Today I added my third drive. There is nothing stored on anything, I just created a jail and a few different plugins, etc. I could start all over if need be, but I don't know how.

I figured it all out on my own. Just deleted the volume
