I have a Qnap NAS
What is the best configuration for four gigabit ethernet? Not sure what/how to set the ethernet.

specs:
Celeron N3160 1.6GHz quad core cpu.
8GB of ram.
booting from a 128GB SanDisk SSD connected via USB3.
4 - WD Red 6GB the older ones with CMR in RaidZ1
4 x Gigabit RJ-45 Ethernet port
I have installed TrueNAS Scale 22.02.03

Connected to an unmanaged Gigabit switch

Connect one gigabit ethernet to your unmanaged switch. You're done.

If you ever have additional networks, or want to make private pointopoint connections (such as to give a PC a dedicated gigE to your NAS), you can use the additional ethernet ports for that.

If you ever grow up to a managed gigE switch, you can also use LACP to aggregate links, though I think this is useless for the average user. See
