Hello guys.
It is my first time here, so I am testing a new solution basically I have.
Room 1 > FreeNAS connected a VMware by ISCSI, my VMs are on FreeNAS. I have taken volume/dataset snapshots (no vmware-snapshots please, I am using a Mysql) and replicating to room 2
Room 2> DR site, the same as Room 1, FreeNAS connected a VMware by ISCSI.
I would like to use a replicated snapshot (room 2) to restore a snapshot and recover my virtual machine, for this process I am doing these steps:
1> Take a volume/dataset snapshot (room1)
2> replicate snapshot to room2
3> at room2, clone a replicated snapshot
4> create ISCSI connection and add the clone as a extent
5> on Vmware (room 2) add a new ISCSI connection and configure network cards
6> Add a new disk, I can see the extent.
7> After finish the process, show me that message " The ISCSI initializator could not estabilish a network connection to the target"
Could someone help me?
Thanks!
