I am new to this forum and was reading allready a few days and decided to build up a NAS with most probably an FreeNAS OS.
Linux is nothing new for me, only debian i didnt do too much (even when my Buffalo Linkstation pro was running on Debian and even updated to edge, before it crashed)
I need a more stable system and i want to a raid that i dont loose data too fast.
FreeNAS sounds good at the moment, but i need to decide on hardware first.
