Just wanted to say hi. My freenas machine count recently increased to 2, user since 8.0 or so. Fan of ZFS. I just built a test rig from an unused machine with 32GB RAM, 2x1TB SSD as a RAID1, and 4 possible NVME SSDs on an ASUS Hyper m.2 X16 (currently 1 in use, no overprovisioning possible - yet). All this for a fast Windows Server for database tests, but on a reliable file system. So... maybe a bit of an overkill, and quite experimental. But hey, that's how you learn new things :) Reading in this forum (among others) helped me getting it up and running with 11.2-beta2. Great forum!
