No, you haven't angered the forum gods. We only have a small number of users (volunteers) to answer questions on the forum. Getting the permissions right, can be a difficult task.
If you don't get any replies, I'll try to answer some of your questions. It'll be a couple of hours, before I can reply to your initial thread. In the future, please don't create duplicate threads. Maybe add a bump to your original message, if it's been a few days.
