The first idea would be to move to a supported version. 11.3-U2?

Is there a reason why you haven't already done that?

the reason is ,I don't have offline backup of my data since it is almost of 4TB. thinking of building secondary NAS to be a backup. As soon as it is ready, I would have done it even there are many plugins/jails configuration I have inside freenas.
