Help with S3 Service configurations

Good Day,
I am in need of help about S3 service configuration, hope someone can help me.
I am fairly new to truenas.. Just FYI.

Currently, I have a truenas core 13.0-u2. The S3 service has been turn on and with typical default setting.
Service is listening on all address 0.0.0.0

Local internal .. works no issue. Minio console show server 1 0.0.0.0:9000 .

then there is a need to access S3 from outside. okay no problem... forward port 9000-9001 to truenas local ip on router.
(yes, VPN should be used... but thats later)

now the issue is... if user want to generate the temporary URL and send to someone. it will generate
http://0.0.0.0:9000/<whatever it is generated>

naturally that won't work...

after some reading I think I need to edit environment variables in MinIO ... but I dont know exactly how and where to change.

Also any reason on why I keep hitting the console page at 9001 instead the "normal" minio browser page shown in tutorial video(dated: 2019, I know its old video but thats pretty much what I can find)
