My LSI card suddenly throw this error after i swap its position in the motherboard :

"unable to load avago technologies MPT Bios. MPT bios fault 0Dh encountered at adapter PCI (02h, 00h,00h)

i have followed this guide https://www.servethehome.com/flash-lsi-sas-3008-hba-e-g-ibm-m1215-mode/

but now i'm stuck, Running all commands before this part :

sas3flash.efi -f SAS9300_8i_IT.bin -b mptsas3.rom -b mpt3x64.rom

Always results in "firmware download required blablabla.. regardless whether i put the pin or not

So i ran it and i got this :

Executing operation : Flash firmware image

Firmware version 16.00.01.00

Firmware Image compatible with controller

Valid NVDATA image found

NVDATA Major version 0E.01

Checking for a compatible NVData Image..,

NVDATA Device ID and Chip revision match verified.

NVDATA Subsystem vendor and Subsytem Device ID match verified

Valid bootloader Image verified

Chip is in RESET state, attempting to host boot

ERROR : firmware host boot failed!

Did you try erasing the card again?
I did, it always says firmware download required.

Strange cause i never used it before, i bought the card a year ago from backup, its from china, but ive had other same card from china and its been running flawlessly for almost 2 years.
