I just picked up a second server and I wanted to setup LACP but im having trouble with it and i'm not sure what it is. In CLI or in webGUI its giving me a error when trying to create lagg0. When trying to create the lagg all I get is "accept4() failed (53: software caused connection abort)" in CLI and a generic error in webgui

This server has 2 nics igb1 and em0. I thought I could start the lagg off by just adding one and then once its up try to add the other but it wont let me do that either.
Freenas 11.1, fresh install
Cisco switch with LACP
asrock E3C236D2I MB

I have another server on the same network and switch with 4 nics igb0-3 that has been working fine with LACP.

is it the nics maybe?

Well thats unfortunate.
This is true even for failover? Is this a limiation on the freenas implementation?
Don't a lot of motherboard manufactuers put the 2 intel nics with igb and em drivers? Whats the point in that if you can't alteast lagg them for failover...

It's a good question. Is it, in fact, true for failover? I'd somehow expect it to be OK for failover, but not LACP.
