Help Upgrade to 13 with Passphrase Encrypted Dataset

I am currently running Core 12.0-U8.1.
I have a passphrase encrypted dataset.
Can I just hit the upgrade button without danger of lost data?
Should I Export/Disconnect the passphrase encrypted pool before upgrading?
Should I Export/Disconnect all pools before upgrading?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
