Hello all...
I have an 8.04 (FreeNAS-8.0.4-RELEASE-x64 (10351)) system with Os installed on a SSD and ZFS on a single hardware RAID volume of approx 55TB capacity. I inherited the server from an old admin and we have been using it for many months at this point with a couple dozen iSCSI file extents and an NFS mount.
In my quest to clean up the box and recover space, I have tried to remove some iSCSI file extent targets in this order:
- deleted target/extents
- deleted targets
- deleted file extents

I deleted roughly 20TB of file extents and used the option (checkbox) to remove the files during the del process. I also verified the files are gone from their original location of /mnt/mfid0/FileNamexx.

So now, my free space has not increased at all and I'm uncertain what to do next. Does anyone have any suggestions? Did I miss something during the removal process?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
