Help needed in validating the hardware configurations

I've not come across discussions on where TN has been implemented 'stand alone' in a DC. I'd expect some sort of FW shenanigans being in your plans, and/or VPN solution for clients?
Or how do you plan on providing access securely?

Hi, I am not sure what "TN" means (or "FW": firmware?).
Thanks for asking. Regarding security, we are considering VPN for clients outside the institutional network. Also, VLan and a more "professional" switch for protection (with Access Control Lists, etc).

I erhrem.. meant "firewall" in that context.

Sounds like you've some plans going on. That's good. As typically, the recommendation is to have something in front of the TN box (TrueNAS).
