I am using a PRO1000/PT quad port card, and as Samuel states, works out of the box for both TrueNAS Core 12 and 13.
They show up as em interfaces as they use the em4 driver built into kernel.
What exactly does it mean: "but not work probably"? The more information you give the more likely someone can help.

1- Nic Card detect on TrueNAS (pic1)
2- I set Static IP Address on card but em0 not up and only em1 up
3- when i ping ip, reply ping is unstable (pic2)
4- I use Realtek nic with intel pro/1000 pt. after i load if_re.ko on my kernel. It work.
I try to use "make" for compile intel nic driver that was on CD but "make" not work on truenas
can you send for me the if_em.ko?

Please DON'T try to compile a driver; it's already built in.
You likely have a cable issue or a hardware problem with the NIC. There's still a decent chance you have a counterfeit card.

This depends on your hardware, and whether your BIOS allows you to bifurcate the lanes to accommodate a narrower card than a GPU. Some motherboards insist on supporting only GPUs in that slot.

Please, verify your NIC is genuine, and report back.
