I'm experimenting with 9.1 on an old machine to gain some experience. Later on I wan't to build a dedicated machine, maybe based on:

I'm primarily interested in building a development server, where I can host multiple services such as databases, virtual machines, automated tests etc, but it will also be my home server.

Hopefully the jail mechanism can help keep everything separate.
