I ju.st recently heard of freenas and thought I wanted to use it to organize all my media so I built a machine with the following components.

Himars by Rosewill ATX mid tower gaming w/. 4 hotswap HDD
A intel i3 9600 coffeelake processor
An asrocks z390 extreme motherboard
A 650 watt gaming power supply
a cyber something 1000 watt UPS
4 WD red 4Tb nas drive sata HDDs
16 Gb of RAM
And I can't seem to get the freenas installation media to write to a USB it is rather frustrating. I have tried windisk 32 I have tried rufus but neither one seems to see the downloaded file.
what am I doing wrong?

I just got it to write to a usb using rufus will have to tryto install when I get home.
