Hey People,
my Name is Chris. 33 years old and i live in Vienna, Austria (middle Euope)
Right now i am doing my new office room at home. After i get my new customized, fancy desk in January i am going to build a custom built NAS System with FreeNas. Ich read a lot of posts. I am pretty sure with the know how from this Forum i am able to get this done :)
I already have an old Windows 10 PC running a Plex Media Server. It also is used as a File Storage with a few HDD's (no backup at this time except the really important Data, they got saved by hand to a Cloud Storage and a extern Hard Drive). You see, not really a (semi) professional solution. In my new office Room i want to kick out the old PC and replace it with an tiny NAS (maybe i will take Fractal Design Node 804 case). Its About the power costs too.
