i would to know if I can migrate my current config to a newer motherboard and cpu. Right now I have supermicro motherboard and intel cpu with 4x 4Tb hard drive in raid z config and one ssd for cache. The operating system is on another ssd. I currently only have one plug-in running as i just configured this machine with old pc parts that i had.
I am having trouble with network interfaces of the config, so i changed from inbuilt network ports on motherboard to another network card to see if that solves the issue, but that did not do it. Every sunday my server goes off the internet and stops working. I have reinstalled the whole system three times now to make it work. Let me know if you have a work around for this problem.
