Having issues with NVIDIA Quadro K420

Hi,

I have 2 NVIDIA Quadro K420s installed in my system, but when I try and add them into an app, the GPU Passthrough option is disabled.

When running lspci | grep VGA, I see both GPU's detect
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GK107GL [Quadro K420] (rev a1)
02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GK107GL [Quadro K420] (rev a1)

My GPU is on the confirmed model list, but when I run nvidia-smi, I get the error NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

Kepler GPUs are too old on 22.12 (535 drivers are installed by default). You may install the legacy driver if you would like to accept the risk of breaking the stock drivers stack:

Long story short: I tried to get drivers working on for an older GPU, Geforce 560M, and ended up bricking my system after countless methods failed. While bricking the system was very annoying, it isn't a huge issue. However, I would appreciate some help setting up the drivers once I reinstall...
